New Ruling in the GSU Copyright Case

Yesterday, Judge Orinda D. Evans handed down her latest ruling in the GSU case, inlcuding new analysis of the fair use claims. The case has been in the courts since 2008, and this ruling is the result of a remand by the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
