The official version of published decisions of the Oklahoma Supreme Court and the Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals will be published on the Oklahoma State Courts Network.  

Authentication
Register, Administrative Code, Statutes, and Session Laws are not authenticated.

Preservation
Register, Administrative Code, Statutes, Session Laws, and Court Decisions are preserved. Effective Nov. 1, 2010, government publications in electronic format must be preserved by the Publications Clearinghouse.

Permanent Public Access
The state has guaranteed permanent public access for Code, Register, Session Laws, Statutes and Decisions.

Copyright
Decisions are copyrighted. Code, Register, Session Laws, and Statutes are not.

Universal Citation
The state adopted universal citation in 1997.
