UELMA
California was the second state to enact the Uniform Electronic Legal Material Act (UELMA). UELMA, introduced in California as SB 1075, was signed into law as Stats 2012 Ch.310 by California Governor Jerry Brown on September 13, 2012. UELMA is codified as Calif. Government Code secs 10290-10300.
