Pennsylvania started codifying statutes in 1970 and this process is not completed. Thus, the official version of many statutes is only found in the session laws.

Universal Citation Adopted Limited. Universal citations provided for published Pennsylvania Superior Court opinions but should only be used before the official Atlantic Reporter citation is available, see here. No evidence of universal citation found for other sources listed including Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Pennsylvania Commonwealth court opinions.
